The Vietnam Center is in the process of substituting a substation facility that converts electricity from a power company into a building from a power receiving facility to the required voltage into the building.
The Vietnam Center supplies equipment such as circuit breakers and relays, which are necessary devices to a place called a substation where power reception and substation facilities are installed in the same space.
